We value your business and want to ensure you have the best experience with our service. To manage your subscription effectively, please be aware of our cancellation policy:

  1. Timing of Cancellations: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the start of the next billing period. If you cancel after the billing cycle has begun, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current month. Your subscription will then be canceled for the following month, ensuring you still receive the full benefits of the current subscription period.

  2. How to Cancel: The easiest way to cancel your subscription is by logging into your account here Once logged in, navigate to the subscription settings and click on cancel subscription to initiate the cancellation process. If you prefer, you can also cancel your subscription by contacting our customer support team. Send an email to [email protected] with your request, order number, first name, last name, email address, phone number and one of our representatives will assist you with the cancellation. Please note by cancelling via email might take 48 hours and go into the next billing cycle.   3. Confirmation of Cancellation: After you have requested a cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include details about the final billing date and when your subscription will officially end. Please keep this confirmation for your records.

  4. Billing Cycle Information: The billing cycle will operate on the 26 day starting on the date you paid, then will continue to be billed every 30 days from there. For example, if you received your medication on the April 1st, your next billing cycle will begin on April 27th.. The following month would be May 27th, and so forth every 30 days after. Plan your cancellation accordingly to avoid unwanted charges.
  5. Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds for partial months. Once a billing cycle has begun, you will have access to our services for the entire month, even if you choose to cancel midway through the cycle.
